This review is just based on the service after the recent changes. I have been maybe 6-7 times i get the same order everytime. Coffee wrap and hash brown combo.. it hasn't been correct once.. Then today I sit at the window, a voice say "we will be with you in a minute.. as I watch the other order side pass 3 cars.. I just had to drive up and order because they just forget they have 2 order windows.. or maybe the 50+ staff can't cope with 2 windows i don't know lol. Honestly this location needs to be inspected. Edit : this place still continues to disappoint. Cold wraps , cold chicken , apple fritters with no apple. Ice coffee with 80% ice. Order always wrong. I’d say 1/10 times I get what I ask for , I don’t even turn around I just accept that I made a poor decision coming here. Great fast service , always have selection of donuts
Unfortunately this place can no longer be 4 stars. Told the woman at the counter (middle aged black women) to order 20 chocolate Timbits today. After I paid, she left the counter to assist someone else and didn’t bring me my order for a few minutes. Then another worker comes and gives me my timbits. Lucky I checked my timbits before I left, cause I was given a mix. Went back to tell him that he packed the wrong flavors.
