Friendly people and cleanliness
For the past 3 years my experiences at this location have been terrible; long wait times inside, ice coffee improperly mixed, potatoes wedges burndt (looks like left overs recooked), the absolute worst is the uncleanliness of the location. The floors are always filthy and the tables have never been cleaned when I've been there. I have occasionally stopped in because it is my local coffee shop but the only thing that's changed recently is the staff (not so many foreign workers who were rude & slow in doing the job anymore).
