Never get a cold brew from here. They charge $5 for a drink, put in a tiny amount of regular coffee that clearly hasn’t been cold brewed at all (it was hot when I got it) and try to mix in some foam at the top. The result is that it tastes like WATER and not coffee at all.
Ive traveled Coast to Coast and I’ve been to hundreds of Tim Hortons and I gotta say this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too! Every single time the staff is miserable, lineup out the door, terrible service, no one is smiling, and no sense of urgency or customer service, and terrible leadership. Example: my husband today ordered 2 PLAIN timbits for our dogs she gave us 2 honey dips, he asked for plain, she then proceeded to throw it out with out rectifying it, the staff then proceeded to laugh at him as he wal... read more
