Kim's the best! I'll be back for sure.
I usually have good experiences at this Tim Hortons, but my recent visit today near closing time was disappointing. The staff member who took my order did not seem welcoming, she came across as disinterested and showed attitude while taking my order. I asked for iced coffee with double sugarcane, but instead my drink was made with double vanilla syrup. This is the first time I’ve had a negative experience here, and I hope service becomes more attentive and friendly.

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service is quick, the coffee is fresh, and the team is always friendly. I want to give a special mention to Shivani, the supervisor — she’s always so professional, welcoming, and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
