It is very bad service, their bread is broken and dry and their widgets smashed and look disgusting. Save your money and your time and don't come here
Staff working on Monday around 5pm don’t even know how to fold a wrap properly. When I asked to wrap it again properly she keeps it for a minute and give it back same as it was before. Cup of cold brew leaking don’t even know how to press and close it properly. Increase your staff
Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a hash brown, and it was literally stuck to the plastic wrapper. Half of it peeled off and stayed glued to the packaging, making it impossible to eat properly. It looked like it had been sitting around forever or was packaged awfully. This place used to be the best Tim hortons ever in North York. Guess those days are over now.
