Takes forever....than they make you pull over and park just still get your order wrong so you have to go inside...why have a drive thru? Worst tim hortons I've been to highly recommend driving further to the other one
Not sure what happened to the old staff specifically in the mornings during the week , but I used to come 2-3 times a week from bourget just for my tasty ice cap and amazing service. It’s not the same anymore , both time I’ve come the ice caps taste like water down cream ….please go back to before Update: went back for the first time after my last review and it was atrocious. Apparently they print the expiry directly on the food now. Girls were laughing when they took my order and pretty sure changed people halfway through. Also ordered an almond milk drink & they used cream. 11/26/25 11am cmon
Absolutely disgusting customer service i was standing there for good 25 minutes waiting to place an order Until i asked one of the crew members if anybody will take my order and the reply in return was rude with the exact words “we have other customer to take care of first” 25 minutes on the order kiosk just to get one coffee and this kind of customer service?? I was watching them laughing and joking with each other
