The drive-thru wait time is consistently 10 minutes or more, even when there are only a few cars in line. You pull up, wait in dead silence for several minutes, and when someone finally decides to take your order, they’re either dismissive or rushing like you’re inconveniencing them. But the real kicker? They would rather have everyone back up on the street so they can pad the drive thru times by making you wait at the speaker till your order is ready. slow service and this is not a one off.
