Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to, In Canada. Went through drive-thru for a quick dinner [6.30pm, on a Friday]: No Chilli No Rice No Bread (ready) No Mustard Upon ordering the Loaded Chicken Chilli Lime Bowl [I think that's what it's called], I was told there was no rice, I said "that's fine. I'll have it without". Whatever 'scam' that the management has to boost their drive- thru times is a terrible business practice. After waiting 5-10 minutes just to have your order taken, they claim they "need a moment" and have you wait at the speaker for another 5-10 minutes. The lines typically end up extending to the road, while there is nobody waiting at the pick up window. Boost your drive- thru times by providing quick, exceptional service, not by scamming and pissing off your customers.
