I stopped here because I desperately needed to use the washroom after a long drive. Unfortunately individuals have ruined it for the rest of us and most of PA has locked bathrooms and require some sort of interaction to get in. I ended up buying a coffee to be able to use restroom. The staff was friendly and understanding. Prompt service despite there being a line up. Coffee was decent, tims just isn’t my favourite. Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. The lot is a bit of a tight squeeze but I did find parking.
I usually don’t do reviews like this but my interaction with one of the workers there compelled me to do so. I placed a mobile order online, 11:15pm — one medium roasted hazelnut cold brew with espresso cold foam, in hopes of getting it quickly so I can head to out to grab my family from the airport (because driving at this hour of the night definitely requires coffee). Filled my order incorrectly twice in the same sitting, I was followed around by security with my son and even confronted and generally felt disrespected.
No inside access after 9pm and before 7am.
