This Tims has gone down hill fast. Ever since all the new staff came around it’s been terrible. Nothings ever ready in the morning. You have a “specialty” donut that’s around for a limited time and it’s still not ready two hours after you open. It’s not just that, this stuff happens all the time here. I’ve had food missing, food just thrown in the bag unwrapped. I only come here if I absolutely need to now
