Please can you guys work on getting your orders correct at drive through, every time I come through to order an iced coffee with LESS cane syrup I either end up with just the normal amount or MORE cane. This means I need to try and dilute my iced coffee with additional ice at home each time. I wouldn't complain as the team are lovely there but it happens almost every visit. It is good when you get it right!
Pulled up to the speaker and ordered a pepperoni flatbread and he said “ok” and I said ranch on the side and he goes “anything else” I said no that’s it I know these are common answers from drive-through people, but he said it very sarcastically sounded like he didn’t want to take my order. I found it very unprofessional.
All the employees at this Tim Hortons are so nice. My order is always correct and it comes quickly. Also, if you enjoy watching some drama unfold, go through the drive-thru. The last three mornings I've seen people yelling at each other. It's been quite entertaining. I actually saw a guy run at a lady's car yelling at her on Tuesday morning. Not sure what happened beforehand, but if you see this please let me know! Haha
