She was so rude and impatient she was working the night shift at 2am April 28th . Literally didnt serve us and closed the window and no one else was behind us it wasn't busy and yes we changed our mind twice due to budget Honestly she needs to work on dealing with a issue like that better. Closing a window on a customer paying and very thirsty ajd hungry is so rude !!!
Worst Tim's in the city, they don't communicate very well, don't have Honey like every other one. They bag your Boston cream wasting the chocolate. Don't have many donuts during the day or bagels. When you come front them about the wrong order they give you nothing but trouble. Your wasting you money for wrong orders. Nothing gets done about it.
People are nice and they served us our orders fast.
We went to tim’s drive thru this morning and i felt so rushed to order. I kept repeating what I wanted (bacon, sausage and egg classic wrap with mayo) then when we got our order, they missed the sausage. We went back around and the lady said that we never agreed to the (double stack wrap) and just charged me for a bacon wrap. We clearly repeated our order multiple times, and still blamed us, charging $1.69 for the sausage. Next time, dont rush your customers and maybe you guys wont make that mistake again… especially blaming... read more
