The staff's nice, and the food's good, just like at any other Tim Hortons. But they're a bit slow,
Absolutely terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs. Last time I waited 20 minutes just to get my coffee. This time, they told me to drive back around after already waiting. I refused — and in return, they gave me the most bitter, disgusting coffee I’ve ever tasted. No sense of customer service, no shame, no decency. The people working here clearly have no idea what they’re doing — or worse, they simply don’t care. It honestly felt like they were deliberately serving garbage. 1590 notre dame Tim hortons worst experience I got a medium black iced coffee and espresso foam on it and they gave me a coffee which has lumbs in it and also I asked for 2 sweeteners she didn’t put those sweeteners into coffee and they are using expired products just to save money . Worst experience, worst service I will never visit there again
