That dude at the drive-thru was messing around. He totally screwed up the orders on purpose. I even asked to talk to someone else, but he wouldn't let me. When I asked for the receipt, they added stuff we didn't even get. So unprofessional. Time : 11.40am, June 1st.

It’s like they were hired specifically to prove how not to do the job. Zero attention, zero clue, and zero effort. I’ve seen AI bots with better customer service. Absolutely useless. If confusion, laziness, and blank stares could make coffee, this would be their masterpiece.
