Best Tim Hortons Ever! Such friendly staff
The service from one staff member was very disappointing. He didn't greet me or ask what I wanted to order, I had to initiate the conversation myself. Even when it was time to pay, he remained silent, with no guidance or communication at all. The entire interaction felt very uncomfortable due to the lack of basic customer service.
