Look, I've done my best and have given this place many chances, but I've decided to give this review due to the French vanilla cappuccino machine, and to the poor handling of food. The French vanillas taste watery, and many times have I ordered an orange tangerine frozen quencher, and the employee puts concentrate to atleast the third line, puts an abnormally small amount of neutral base mix and then proceeds to put no whipped topping on top. I didn’t get any food, I did have to use the bathroom. tThe bathroom was spotless. Restaurant was very clean. sometimes uncommon for such a busy establishment. This one was so much different than the rest that I figured it deserve some public acknowledgement. Keep up the good work.
My son and I visited this location on Friday, November 21st between 5:00-5:30 p.m. We walked in, there was no other customers in the establsihment at the time and we walked up to the counter. We stood there for 5 minutes and no one assisted us until I said "Is anyone going to assist us, or should we go through the drive thru?"
