This location has one of the worst drive thrus. When it is busy cars will just back up onto the street Northway or in the parking lot causing lane restrictions near the entrance of the plaza waiting to go through the drive thru. This location really needs ti figure a better solution for their drive thru. It is horrible and can be dangerous due to log jam of cars at times trying to get in and use it.
Always busy. Need to keep 20 min time frame when going there.
