I visited this establishment recently, the place looks clean and you get great views if you sit by the windows however the customer service experience was awful. I was barely acknowledged by the staff at the till, and was interrupted 3 times during my order to talk to her coworker. As much as I can understand the frustration of not being responsible for the store policies, I would appreciate being offered a warmer experience next time.
I'm writing this review because of consistently terrible experiences at this location. Multiple times, I've waited over 15 minutes for an order only to receive it after asking, highlighting serious efficiency issues. Even worse, getting the wrong order has become a recurring problem, a frustrating waste of time and money. These repeated failures in both service speed and order accuracy are unacceptable.
