I ordered coffee and the staff usually have to give the order directly to the customer, instead she shouted my order and didn’t inform me whether it was ready or not, and when I asked her she responded in a very rude way that she had told me before. This is a very poor customer service.

I am disappointed to report that the situation remains exactly the same as when I submitted my previous review. The first thing visitors see upon entering is garbage and an unclean environment. The same staff-related concerns persist, and cleanliness standards throughout the facility have not improved. Given my communication with executive management, I expected corrective action and meaningful changes, but unfortunately no visible improvements have been made. Staff is not friendly at all no greeting I waited there for around 10 minutes for my mobile order they didn’t even ask by themselves and when I finally ask one of the employee for my order she said she’s busy. Such a unprofessional behaviour. Staff needs to get trained properly and respect their customers and need to learn some good customer service skills. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from your brista.
