Customer service is non existent. Staff ignores customers standing there. Orders are always late. Will never use this location again. Staff should be given customer service training!!!
I visit this location every Saturday morning and have been coming here for over a year. The hand wash tap in the men washroom pours water extremely slowly, and it has never been fixed. It makes proper hand washing difficult. I hope this can be addressed. Other than this matter everything is good.
The Filipino supervisor is the worst excuse for an employee much less supervisor. This LOCATION CONSTANTLY messes up orders and never apologizes and gives you such a hassle to rectify it. Myself and another customer has a video of her speaking to customers disrespectfully and telling them to shut up. Do not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money.
