I've frequented this location for the last 5 years and have always been treated well by their team of wonderful ladies and hardworking guys. This is the best Tim Hortons location I've been to, a standard that all locations should strive for
This tim hortons has the worst tasting french vanilla. I order from this location daily, and I haven't had a good tasting french vanilla yet. It's pure water, and it's costly. I'll be heading over to the tim hortons located at the shell moving forward.
This Tim Hortons found my lost wallet and went above and beyond to give it back to me. My wallet had no phone number but that did not stop the store managers from locating me. She used my address (from Drivers License) and had someone come by my home to help coordinate the return. Amazing gesture. Highly professional. Very personable. Thank you Atte. Kudos to the entire staff and management here.
I’m absolutely disgusted in one of the woman’s behaviour this morning. I came in around 5 after 8am or so. An Indian woman wearing an orange camp day T-shirt was screaming at her staff. For that, I will NEVER STEP FOOT in this location ever again. She was vile, unpleasant and unkind. You never know who is watching so the fact that she did that in front of me and 3 other customers is actually diabolical. Tim Hortons, you’re sinking, I think we all know why.
