Horrible customer service, staff not able to use offer, staff got order wrong multiple times, then gave the wrong order and did not remake the incorrect order.
Been coming here for years and should have reviewed a long time ago. This place is great (when the high school students haven’t flooded the building) for meeting with friends for coffee. Lots of seating. They keep it clean too. It’s a pretty well run franchise and I can definitely recommend.
It took them 15 mins to give me a bagel with cream cheese ordered at kiosk. On top of it they never listen instructions, too poor quality of service.
