Hi I enjoy your Tim Hortons . How ever owner could you please fix the deep ruts in your drive through? And the rain spout in your evestrough in the drive through. Tired of doing damage to my tire rims. I think it would only take about 3 buckets of concrete to fix the pot holes. Also miss Lisa W. A very hardworking and speedy employee. A shame... There is new management here now. Since they have taken over service has slowed to a crawl at the drive thru. Likely a staffing issue, but if you are in a hurry, note that it can take 10-25 mins to get thru. It will be worse in busy season so hopefully they get staffed adequately for the peaks and summer. Otherwise, expect long waits. Staff are great. Just understaffed for the volume at critical times of the day. Hoping to see improvements. No drive thru should take 30 minutes when you are only 4 cars away from the window. It seems to be like this almost every single day.
Absolutely love this Tim Hortons Just becareful going through drive thru, ya might lose a tire in the crater of a pothole.
