I have been a frequent visitor of this Tim Hortons for over 5 years, visiting multiple times a week. Until this past year, I was blown away and happy by the speed and level or service offered, I even referred the drive through to multiple other colleagues. This past year, service and quality has declined significantly and I am tempted to no longer frequent this location. For example, I have placed multiple food orders. 6.45 in the morning on October 3 Friday drive thru lady first he didn’t understand what i said. Second i need sugar free vanilla syrup coffee she just heard sugar free so no sweetener in morning coffee. 3 very rude she said i heard what you said come next still barely understand what i need so i have to start my day with no sugar coffee.
