6.45 in the morning on October 3 Friday drive thru lady first he didn’t understand what i said. Second i need sugar free vanilla syrup coffee she just heard sugar free so no sweetener in morning coffee. 3 very rude she said i heard what you said come next still barely understand what i need so i have to start my day with no sugar coffee.
If I could give a zero I would Absolutely horrible customer service the staff seemingly can never get any order right even when you repeat it 5 times in a row the staff are just running around in their phones without a care in the world the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours and after trying to give it another shot a found a hair in my sausage and egg biscuit Just go to literally any other eatery
The staff don't have sense of humor to talk with customers, so change the staff to maintain Tim's repu.
