Awful service
Drive through is so slow manytimes
This morning I was coming from Barrie on my way home to Toronto. I wanted to stop by at Tim's to get food with my family. I was very disappointed with my order today. As you can tell with the photo, the entire bag and loaded box was covered in greece. Gloves was very greece as well and it made the meal messy to even hold it and didn't give a good impression. This shouldn't be even serve to a customer. I do hope Tim Horton's improves their quality control and ensures orders are packaged properly before being handled out.
Randomly doesn't accept Amex, doesn't tell you until you get to the front of the line to actually pay for your order in the Drive-Thru with your entire family waiting. Not cool. Get with it. Innisville
I was driving south on Highway 400 and stopped at the Tim Hortons in Innisfil, near Barrie. They put more milk in my coffee than I had asked for, and the coffee was already cold. I drank it anyway and thought, “No big deal.” I managed to drink about half the cup, but after that it tasted terrible because it was so cold.
