Please close this Tim Horton. The worse service possible. Wheee did they learn to work. I waited 15 with no one in cash and people were lined up like crazy getting frustrated. Walking out so I did too. Horrible and so disappointing. Where my old Canada Tim Horton.
I ordered 4 coffee. The server got 4 cups, holding all cups in one hand. Her fingers are inside the cups. I complained and she used another cups. But she did not throw the original cups. I sent a message to Tim hortons and got a generic response. Just make sure you see how your coffee is being prepared.
The absolute worst Tim Hortons. Drivethru I pulled up, four people ahead of me and I got to the screen right away. Didn’t take my order for 5 minutes. Didn’t leave the drive through until 20 minutes had passed. Thank you for adding so much time to my already long drive. For just a double double. ( and yes I was watching the clock )
They did not understand what an extra shot of coffee was. After explaining it to them, I was charged for it but did not get the extra shot. Most useless Tim's ever. At least hire people who understand English.
No coffee what a joke. Better off at Starbucks 5 m away, they sold us coffee
