Very bad service. We ordered food in drive through. The hashbrown was cold and when we requested to atleast warm it up she refused and then we requested to heat it up in microwave, which she returned in 1 minute in exact same state. It was cold. she did not even had the courtesy to put it in the microwave. And drive though was not even busy to be used as an excuse to serve us cold food.
The review for this location is underwhelming, but today's visit was outstanding, thanks to the cashier, Samara (I apologize if the name is misspelled). You are a valuable member of the team. Your friendly attitude, sense of humor, and efficient service were commendable. Please recognize Samara's exceptional service, as she consistently strives to exceed expectations.
