Worst customer service by jaspreet.. she was making us regret why we choose here to order. No smile at all , looks like throwing our order on us..
Worst place ever: hygiene should not pass public health standards. I don’t know how they are in operation: all sorts of papers scattered on counter and ground, when paying with cash they advised they can’t give change as they don’t have coins - in the end found and provided. Unfortunately employee lack of engagement and customer service led to a very poor experience. It would be lovely if customer service standards, cleanliness and math skills would be brought back!!
Only taking orders from left drive thru lane. Awful service
Saturday morning and not busy on that time at all. Staff was rude as well. Asked for grill cheese melt and extra grill and see what I got. I told them i need cheese to be melt. Worst experience its7:15 in the morning and already ruined my mood. Show some respect and professionalism.
