I've been here 3 times in the past month in drive thu, 10min or more everything with 1 to 3 cars infront. After waiting the coffee is watered down too.
Lady with the mustache at the drive through threw a straw inside my car window as I was putting the food and wallet away. Like who does that? Staff need to be trained in basic customer service and should know THROWING items at the customer is wrong
Asked for a cookie and seems someone already had their hands on it. Very humiliating
