I recently visited Tim Hortons and witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a staff member name Harmann?? (If I noted the name correctly) while I was in line, I observed her engaging in an argument with another team member in front of customers. Her tone, attitude and overall behaviour were highly unprofessional and she showed no concern for the fact that others guests were watching. no available crispy chicken after 4pm. I go there to buy chicken wrap everyday but can’t get it after 4pm. I bet they refused to cook after 4pm
It’s quite inaccessible that they “no longer accept cash”. Considering they’re located in a diverse education facility - you’d expect to be able to pay with cash! This is a major issue that needs to be changed.
Terrible experience with a staff member named Haminder? Poor customer service and unprofessional attitude.
