The cashier punched in our order wrong, so we corrected it upon checking the screen. She was very rude and was insisting we said this and that. Did not apologize and was frowning while giving us refund.
Tims should prioritize folks in line over mobile orders. They usually have 2 cashiers doing mobile and one helping the line that moves at a snails’ pace.
Always well stocked even when super busy. Food always fresh. Really like the staff there. Always happy and smiling
The speed of service was great! The staff was super friendly. I watched the supervisor Maria deal a flustered customer and she handled it great.
