It’s quite inaccessible that they “no longer accept cash”. Considering they’re located in a diverse education facility - you’d expect to be able to pay with cash! This is a major issue that needs to be changed.
Terrible experience with a staff member named Haminder? Poor customer service and unprofessional attitude.
The cashier punched in our order wrong, so we corrected it upon checking the screen. She was very rude and was insisting we said this and that. Did not apologize and was frowning while giving us refund.
Tims should prioritize folks in line over mobile orders. They usually have 2 cashiers doing mobile and one helping the line that moves at a snails’ pace.
Always well stocked even when super busy. Food always fresh. Really like the staff there. Always happy and smiling
