Paid for an extra large extra cup. Received a large cup instead, which does not do the job it is intended for, due to them only having the roll up cups left in that size. Instead of giving me just another losing cup, they gave me something entirely wrong.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a staff member name Harmann?? (If I noted the name correctly) while I was in line, I observed her engaging in an argument with another team member in front of customers. Her tone, attitude and overall behaviour were highly unprofessional and she showed no concern for the fact that others guests were watching.
