Came during mid morning rush. The line was very long and it took quite a while to get our food. Rating high because the staff were lovely! Attentive and frequently apologized for the wait. The manager on shift was especially great!
Such rude service. Didn't even let me know that my order was waiting for me at the other end. A kind fellow customer pointed me to it after I stood there waiting too long.
