Tired to order a almond cappuccino and they didn’t offer alternative milk options, asked if the bagels had a vegan cream cheese, the lady had no clue what I was saying, removed the cash to pay for the hash browns for my kids and they don’t accept cash!!!! Not impressed at all
The incompetence at the Tim Hortons is unbelievable. I order the breakfast bagle, it comes with lettuce, tomatoe and cheese. I advised no cheese...well l got no lettue and tomatoes either....wow. They also had the nerve to make me pay for a cup of cold water.. I want a refund!!!!
Don't have chicken and lemonade. Long waiting to order. Worst tim hortons I've been.
