Not sure they are real tim horton or not, never seen any tim store dont accept tim horton app payment nor gift card, huge inconvience while i didnt prepare, and the stuff didnt mention anything only after the order is placed. The coffee is much more expensive and very watery, hesdsup to everyone and dont recommend.

One of the worst locations ever.
This Tim Hortons in Terminal 1 Departures is a complete failure. Seven customers waited while staff stood behind the counter talking and doing nothing, showing zero urgency or basic professionalism. When I asked about the delay, one employee became loud and confrontational, and another worker named Simran was openly rude, dismissively saying they could “do whatever they want.” That level of disrespect in an airport where people are on tight schedules is shocking.
