I really love this atmosphere. I want to visit every day because it’s so peaceful, and the customer service from the Tim team is excellent. Anjum, you made my day extra special with the coffee. Thank you so much! A big thank you to Anjum and the entire team for the wonderful service.
This tims is honestly horrible. Mostly every time I go there the workers are very crabby and don’t say much. Every time I pay with cash they look like they never wanna give me the change back. And for some reason the drinks always look awful and taste awful. All the other tims are better. The airport location is the worst. I got a vanilla cold brew and it is literally gray and it tastes like an ash tray. This photo is my vanilla cold brew. It’s not even drinkable.

Awful experience at the Tim Hortons in the airport. The customer service was extremely disappointing. It’s unfortunate that this represents a Canadian brand to both visitors and locals. I hope the team receives proper training and that the service experience improves.
