I would like to report an incident that occurred at Tim Hortons in Terminal 1A. While I was waiting in line, I noticed that three customers were served ahead of me from another side, even though I had been standing there first. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, I was told to go to a different line where there were already several people waiting.
