This has to be the worst tim Hortons in the KW area. You would figure as long as it takes to get through the drive thru that they could at least get your order right. Nope, last 3 times screwed up my simple DD coffee order. Won't be coming back ever. Lots of other Tim's on the way to work that don't have these problems.
Every coffee I got from here was burnt.
I ordered brown sugar ice lattes with oat milk but all I got was plain oat milk. This location consistently struggles with making drinks and food properly. The staff rushes through orders and it really affects the quality especially the way the food tastes.
