We went to tim hortons and we had vinesha at ghe window, she was absloutely so rude!!! Dirty looks, awful customer service. and not to mention, i ordered a iced coffee and she gave me hot, then instead of remaking it. she dumps the coffee into a different cup and adds ice, which made thr coffee taste gross and watered down.
Very pleasant experience, I was greeted right away and had my order ready fast and made correctly. I usually don't come here but will return for sure Thanks
Very rude behavior from the staff toward delivery drivers. I was treated poorly without any reason while picking up an order. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. Respect should be shown to delivery drivers who help keep the business running.
