I stopped in today, July 9 just to get a bagel, and I was completely appalled by how dirty the restaurant was when you walked in. Not only was the entrance door glass covered in this foggy film there was a smell that completely assailed your nostrils. Pre ordered drink 20 mins before hand app said pick up at counter went in nothing at counter took no line up toon 10 mins to get a staff member to answer. Asked about my drink she said oh sorry il make it now I told her the bus is coming I can't miss it. She starts to make it stops starts chit chatting to a customer. Got the attention of the gentleman he looked at receipt said il make it now then proceeded to do the same thing another pick up order came and was angry his wasn't ready either. Had coffee, bagels and brownies. Costed 10$. Good vibe, not too crowded.. just enough.
All the employees seem to dread working for that nasty blonde manager with short-cut hair. Her name is mac. Walked inside and heard her screeching. Easy way to run your business into the ground Steve if you can’t retain any employees.
