I usually stop at this Tim Hortons (2329 ON-11, Gravenhurst) whenever I’m traveling on the highway. It’s a convenient and popular location, and overall the experience is good. The staff is genuinely polite and helpful — my coffee once spilled by accident, and they immediately offered a replacement for free, which I really appreciated. Unclean, not kept up wirh demand, poor service, awful bathroom conditions, walked out too busy unclean and unorganized at counter wirh only Two muffin choices low stock available
3pm on a Sunday and they are out of nearly everything from donuts to iced caps.
We did not like how we were talked(Drive-thru). The tone of whoever was talking not appropriate and made us rush our order. We did not even get what we were supposed to get.
