J ai effectué une commande sur le site ,à la livraison il me manquait un gobelet réutilisable a 1,99$ jusque là rien de grave. Je passe le lendemain au Tim pour demander mon gobelet et la personne me dit qu ils en ont pas à Grand-mère, mais refuse de me le rembourser. En résumé on me facture un produit sans me le donner et on me refuse le remboursement ca s appelle du vol avec le nouveau personnel a grand-mere le service client a disparu.
