The drive-through line always takes a very long time to be served people that order food should have to park like other restaurants when going to be taking a large sum of time while making people that just want a quick coffee wait longer than needed and I had to go inside to correct my order again
The slowest Tom Hortons I’ve ever been to. 15 minute wait for potato wedges. They also managed to give my wife breaded chicken on her salad, when she asked for non-breaded
Absolutely disgusting...bought a chicken noodle soup and noticed a dead fly in it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
