Nice place to stop by, great staff and fast service.
Nothing short of painful every time I go there, which is getting less and less. No one is ever at the front counter when I arrive. Takes a minimum of 5 minutes for anyone to even notice me as they are too busy doing nothing at the drive thru window. And when I finally get to order, it is never done the way I asked! The bagel is never double toasted and buttered even though I remind them several times. It takes forever to get my simple order of a coffee and bagel or donut.
