They have 2 people working. Staff apologized as we waited over 20 min for 3 coffees and 2 breakfast sammies. Good job to the 2 employees woekin their butts off and not losing their integrity. Very polite and apologetic. Owners need to find some staff or give those 2 the proper pay for doing 6 people's jobs.
I've been visiting family in Fort Frances, so I decided to get my morning coffee (inside) at the only TH in town. The first few times, even though it was not busy, it took a long time to be served. There were 6 staff members, but they ignored the customer's inside and dealt with the drive-thru. Today was the worst. There were only 2 of us waiting to be served inside, and about 8 to 9 staff on duty, again, they all were serving drive-thru customers.
