Ratings are more from a personal preference. This Tim Hortons is clean and well run. In my opinion definitely would recommend.
When I order out I expect cream cheese on both sides of a bagel. I'm making my own next time. If I ask for extra cream cheese it is literally shoved in the center and that's it!
