I’ve always liked Tim Hortons for convenience, but the lack of consistency makes it frustrating. Bagels often arrive untoasted, coffee temperature and strength vary wildly, and simple customizations can get forgotten. Stopped at Tim Hortons in Emerald Park Ordered a large hot chocolate and tried ordering the Blue Berry Cheesecake Tim Bits, was told that they didn't carry that flavor. When I pointed it out that it was still on the menu, he changed his mind that they were sold out. Ok, I can accept that, so I asked if they had the Creme Brulee, they asked how many I wanted, so I ordered 10. Left for home and ate them on my way home.
