Worst customer service I've had at Tim Hortons anywhere. Should really retrain employees on professionalism. Every single time I go in this same woman has been rude for absolutely no reason and today she was border line cussing out her Coworker for a simple mistake. If you hate the fact that your working at Tim Hortons at 40 years old do something about it don't take it out on everyone else. Ridiculous never go back.
I had the most amazing experience at this tim Hortons, store was clean, donuts were fresh, food was tasty, and service was great. This will be my new go-to Tim Hortons😁 Cody, Joey, and Mackenzie served me. And they were so helpful and professional. All of my questions were answered and drinks were made perfectly. Dowling Tim Hortons is what all Tim-Hortons strive to be😆
