Customer service is not good friends in the drive thru is more important then the customers this girs at 12:35pm on May 3 walked awsy from the customer to go talk to a friend in the drive and to top it of she was the supervisor of the shift this is not good customer service
Worst customer service ever and the waiting time in drive thru is ridiculous your waiting 15-20minutes at the intercom ... this issue needs to fix

Worst customer service I've had at Tim Hortons anywhere. Should really retrain employees on professionalism. Every single time I go in this same woman has been rude for absolutely no reason and today she was border line cussing out her Coworker for a simple mistake. If you hate the fact that your working at Tim Hortons at 40 years old do something about it don't take it out on everyone else. Ridiculous never go back.
