Three times they screwed up a simple order. First time we ordered two bacon grilled cheese, it was undercooked so we went back and they made us a "new one" but it was the same, not grilled, cheese cold. The second time we went for a bagel toasted with butter and cheddar, they forgot the cheddar, we went back and they got us cheddar but no napkins, when the napkins were in the bag before. One of the worst places that I have the unfortunate pleasure of visiting when it comes to customer service . As of today , never again . Even after asking the individual who works at night , a Seikh fellow with a turban on , why he never smiles when he's serving , the reply was , I'm only here to work .
