I had a frustrating experience at a Tim Hortons around 11:19 AM with an employee named Teresa. I asked for two cheese biscuits warmed with butter already on them to go, but the butter was instead given on the side. When I pointed out the mistake, she responded dismissively and said they “usually put it on the side,” as if my request was unusual. Very very very slow expect at least 20min just to walk in and order take out for one person
Stopped here while passing thru on our way up to Cold Lake. Out of the 3 breakfast sandwiches we ordered, 2 of them had fuzz or lint all over the buns. We didn’t realize this until we were too far away and I wasn’t going back. Coffee was good tho.
