I'm disgusted with this place. I use my own coffee mug and have refills almost 5 days a week at different Tim's in Brockville 。 I add my own 100 % pure chocolate Cocoa and only at William Street branch they refuse to refill saying that my mug is dirty. I explain to them but they still refuse. Today is Thursday October 16 and it's 12:00 noon and the manager is bad.
Not impressed when your trying to order and she cuts you off saying is that everything. Then when I say you didn't let me finsh.she yells yes I did. And keeps going ,then get to window and had nothing I wanted. They ask is a English muffin ok with extra bacon wich they already had in bag. I said sure. No sausage. No hash browns. And no biscuits I asked for. Said ill take a donut for the hash brown. get to where im going No donut ,1 peice of bacon. please train your staff better. Don't treat your customers that way. Horrible and rude staff especially the short old lady at the counter. Also super slow. 10 minutes to order a coffee. Don't go here. Gas stations are better.
Super polite staff allowed us to use their accommodations so that we mske space to refuel with a coffee and muffins.
