ETA Dec 30/25: I have reached out to guest care and they keep sending me back to the owner/management who don’t seem to care. If I could give a zero star I would. On December 12 at around 10 pm after my work Christmas party we went through this Tim Hortons and ordered a large coffee and large tea. When the employee handed the tea out, the side of the cup fell apart and it poured boiling hot tea on my husband, myself and the centre console of my 2025 Acadia.
