The lady with platinum blonde hair is just standing there. Meanwhile there's nobody taking orders, and there's like 7 people behind the counter. It took almost 10 minutes to get my singular drink. What a joke.
I consistently get a good cup of tea, my favorite sprinkle donut, and a smile from each of the staff members, both inside the restaurant and the drive thru.
Maybe put friendly workers on cash and drive thru especially. Kills someone's vibe when people are rude.
