Dont go to this location unless you have over 30 minutes of free time just to wait for your stuff.. waited 19 minutes for a wrap while noticing workers in the back not even working on my order. Then I was asked if I still want my food?!?! What kind of question is that? Ended up asking for a refund as it was a waste of time! I've been to business restaurants,placed larger orders and had it in 10 min or less. Lots of people working here but super slow service.. not good at all..
My go-to spot for a quick coffee fix! Tim Hortons never disappoints. The service is always fast and friendly, whether I'm grabbing a coffee to-go or hanging out for a bit. The drive-thru service is also efficient and convenient. It's the perfect spot to catch up with friends or just grab a caffeine boost to start the day
Bad management and Tim Horton is horrible now a days.
Service here was very below par. I watched myself and multiple customers wait for orders as more than half the staff worked at the drive through. As someone who has spent years working in retail as well as the food industry, this was not acceptable. Customers were not greeted or informed there would be a wait for orders. I waited long enough that I contemplated leaving. Tim Hortons needs to do a better job training staff to handle large volumes of customers.
