Whenever i stop by at this location, the service is extremely slow and they are always short staffed.This location really needs more staff during busy times, especially in the mornings, around lunch and dinner, and on holidays. There should be enough staff at the front counter so customers inside aren’t left waiting. It often feels like everyone is focused on keeping the drive-thru line moving, while customers inside are being overlooked. Literally the slowest drive-thru I've ever been to
Terrible service. Waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, let alone served, (despite me being the only one in the store). I got my hot food before my drinks, so my food was cold by the time I sat down and both bagels barely had any cream cheese, and one was soggy on the bottom like it had been set down in something. This location has nothing but issues. Consider taking the time to properly train your employees or hire better ones
