Very poor customer service at this Tim Hortons. I visited the restaurant last night after midnight as everyday. The female employee working the drive-thru was rude and unprofessional. She was talking to someone standing on the sidewalk while handing him food and drinks (probably a friend, as I didn't recall him paying), and completely ignored me as a paying customer. Came here for a simple snack. Staff were flustered and overwhelmed. Overcharged and under delivered. I’ve never felt so disrespected for simply being a paying customer. Will never come back to this establishment and will never recommend anyone to go there either.
Rude customer service. I drove through at 11pm, I asked BLT sandwich they said no for two consecutive days.
