Absolutely disappointed with this place. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a veggie wrap but it came with bacon inside. I thought it was an honest mistake, threw it out and didn’t even ask for a replacement. I just told the manager and left. A few days later I came back thinking it was a one time error and ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. Once again it had bacon inside. While waiting for our drinks we overheard the staff openly making fun out of my wife's name. I would not expect this disgraceful behaviour from a Tims
I visit the store more often and i always order the original blind of coffee with the breakfast wrap sausage and hashbrown
