It’s remarkable how cheap they are here. The donuts are all basically plane, the hot chocolate tasted like straight water don’t think there was any chocolate, and they take shortcuts wherever they can. Not worth it and just drive to the one a the bottom of the hill. It’s been like this every time I’ve gone
Now staff are very caring and polite
Zero stars if I could. Very rude zero customer service. Don’t smile not friendly. Asked for a simple sausage on a biscuit no egg what do I get back, a huge piece of cold egg on a biscuit the exact thing I didn’t want and then proceeded to argue and be rude with me when asked it to be fixed. Received cold food back not worth getting fixed a second time not being treated rudely by your employees. Do better rude employees
