We did mobile order and they forgot to give it to us, but the food was great and the atmosphere too.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I waited a long time at the counter, but no one came to take my order. There were two staff members visible, yet one of them told me they were the only person working. After waiting without being helped, I had no choice but to leave without placing an order. This was very frustrating and unprofessional.
Could not understand the server Gave us the wrong drink Tried to explain but could not get it across to them that this was not what we ordered so took the drink paid and drove off
