Mobile ordered ahead a simple black coffee, arrived and still had to wait 10 whole mintues for the staff to realize my order was put in and thats after i had to personally tell them it existed. Dont bother coming here theres a location down the street

Asked for a farmer's wrap MEAL. Store front didn't understand the word meal but confirmed with me that I wanted a combo.... sweet, okay, I said meal instead of combo but at least she knows what I wanted... WELP... Get my order without the hashbrown, so I ask for it. Store front tells me I never ordered the combo.... so done with this franchise. L
Went to this Tim’s today. Bought an Ice Cap, noticed their Christmas Bear Ornament was $6.99. So I figured I’d buy one. The girl rang it up and told me 9.99 plus tax. I told her it was $6.99 and showed her the sign on top of the ornaments. She didn’t know how to reduce it to 6.99. She told me she had to call her manager. The manager told her it’s not $6.99 it’s $9.99, and that I can not get it for $6.99 even though it’s advertised.
