I was at the drive thru at the Salem/Rossland location on July 6th, 2025. Ordered 2 large ice coffees & a croissant. Tried to redeem a survey but I was told that I couldn’t because the month of June was over. The date on the survey was June 25th, 2025. I informed them that the survey was good for 30 days from the time of the original purchased. The manager on duty came and said that it was their policy and will NOT take it. Came through July 6 at 2:30 PM. Ordered a small Iced Capp and a large Peach Refresher—was handed two Iced Capps, one with peach syrup? When I corrected them and asked for the frozen peach quencher, they looked confused like I was the problem. The staff clearly had a language barrier, including the manager, who kept repeating “I will give you receipts when you pay”—yet still overcharged me. @TimHortons store #104189 Worst customer Experience I witnessed staff being derogatory and laughing in Hindi and English at a customer. I approached Diana Mathews the Manager, who was leading the barrage she denied it When I told her I witnessed the whole thing she quickly walked away. Sadly this location is known for this type of treatment . Head office should consider taking the franchise away. Or likely continue to do nothing.
My mom came to the drive through to redeem a TellTims survey code but the worker at the window berated her while the other workers in the back laughed at her expense, saying they don’t accept them (because the month of June has ended, even though you have 30 days to redeem from the time of the purchase). Staff was totally incooerative, they are selling small size wraps and putting cryspy chicken instead slow cooked. Claiming with the Manager and arguing with the customers they can't change this.
