Another Tims that dont care about customer service. The staff would sooner watch you wait than serve you. Seems most of them have this in common unfortunately. Customers should be the first priority when in the customer service business.

Probably my least favorite Tim Hortons in Regina Not a big fan of this one
Had gone inside to oder a coffee seeing how my work truck is way to big to go through the drive thru. Once inside the guy working was to busy texting away on his cell phone to even bother to turn around. Finally another employee saw me and told him to come and help me out to which he got all mad and pissy. Very rude no conversation on his part at all. Once my coffee was made he slammed it down on the counter and just walked away right back to his phone. This is the Park st location in Regina Sk.
