Ask for a bagel with cheese and bacon, politely asked for my bacon to be crispy. I was informed their bacon is always crispy not to worry. Bagel came with no bacon. This after they gave half my order to another woman and we had to switch them. Went back to the orginal order taker, he asked the ladies why they didnt make it right. Service was horiable. Lady left cash no one wanted to serve us. Drive through lady could be heard saying front counter not my problem. Never again
Worst experience I've ever had at a tim hortons. I stopped at the Parry Sound Tim's on my way out of town, to Sudbury. I ordered a non dairy high protein latte. Since that is how it is on the menu. Then noticed that the worker was using 2% milk and Whey protein.. Which as someone who is lactose intolerant. That would have caused issues, during my 1-2 hour drive home. The server left and I think the next server wasn't happy about having to come out,when we ordered coffee it was fine but the timbits we asked for a specific kind and she said we could ask whoever got them for us. The coffee got thrown out it was awfull tasted burnt been there to long
