I've frequented this Tim Hortons many times and it is mostly through the drive thru. While I can appreciate their quickness in taking orders, they tend to tell you to park to the side to wait for your food and/drink. This is fine. What happens a lot now is getting the wrong food that I did not order and most times missing items. It's frustrating how often this happens and that I need to make sure to check the bag they hand me before I drive off. Girls over there dont know how to talk to customer poor customer service . I don’t know what kind of attitude they are having. This morning may 3 we went to tim hortons near about 7:15 we ordered one croissant and when we were there to pay we asked for another one . I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The service has gone downhill, and the staff attitude is unprofessional and unwelcoming. What’s even more concerning is that they are refusing to serve coffee or food to their own former employees, which feels unfair and disrespectful. No one should be treated differently like this.
