The lady working in tonight shift , may be she’s Chinese or may be phillipines with short hair . Her behaviour towards customer is very bad. When she did first time , I ignore that may be she’s not feeling well . But I’m regular customer every time she creates problem . Today she used her phone and gave us only two coffee instead of 4 . Then she blames us . She didn’t listen because she was on her phone . So do something about it .
I am very happy that I tried the drinks and food at this place. The environment was very clean and the staff was very polite and excellent.
I had a good experience today with this location. Karma is very warm and accommodating.
Few months back this place was awesome in night time to get coffee but not anymore from atleast month or two months. Coffee is always cold,they always ran out for dark roast coffee and only thing available will be Regular coffee n nothingelse to eat any snack. New crew is always lazy even for moving around. Starts going to new west mac d in night time.
