Glen is an excellent customer service.
A filipina lady told me "next time get in line" and claimed I cut people off. When in reality there is 3 cashiers open and 2 customers before i came , they were in the cash/waiting area so of course I'd go to the open cash instead of waiting. Embarrassing customers in front of everyone, lecturing them and giving passive aggressive statements over a simple misunderstanding is why this chain is failing. Its not what it used to be, a family chain turned into a hostile environment. Cant even take children there anymore. Horrible
The staff are so friendly and efficient!
