Served my girlfriend a drink that tasted like straight cleaning chemicals. We both took a sip before realizing something was seriously wrong and had to call poison control. Honestly scary situation. All they did was give a refund and offer a free donut—completely unacceptable for something that could’ve caused real harm.
This place is straight up garbage coffee never taste the same twice but let alone that I ask them for extra pump of milk n the make it soooo Fricking sweet it’s crazy i really wanna reach out to the ceo of Tim Hortons this is absolutely not right something isn’t right I really want to reach out to whoever is in charge n actually send a letter
