I visited Tim Hortons today and ordered a medium Iced Capp. Unfortunately, what I received had no flavor, no color, and didn’t resemble an Iced Capp at all. My cousin, who is visiting from outside Canada, was also shocked by the poor service, calling it the worst experience he’s had anywhere. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I hope they improve their quality control
