Omar is super amazing !
Takes forever for the guy the take my order. They don’t take time to focus with the order and yelled at me and my children. Will not be back.
We just ordered two medium teas during roll up the rim but received regular cups. They told us they’re sold out but also refused to give us a roll up cup in a different size. We paid for the teas so I don’t understand why we didn’t get a chance to play. I don’t have the app.

Dear Tim Hortons Guest Care, I am very disappointed with your response. My coffee was changed without my permission while I was trying to pay. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to your customers. I expect a proper explanation and resolution, not an automated, cheerful reply. Please address this issue seriously.
