I ordered a medium coffee and I got small one when I asked for the size I want they refused unless I do refund for the small and pay for the medium, the problem is the guy who took the order was so rude and when I asked to talk to his manager she was rude more than him
Jenny the old lady don’t know how to treat a customer when i tell her that this is not the way to treat someone she said “this is how we do”
Got my usual 2 milk, they mistakenly put sugar. No problem, I wait back in the drive through queue and got it replaced, this time, 2 cream. Both times they did not write what was included on the lid as they normally do. I think they may need to invest in some new headsets as they clearly cannot hear their customers. Doughnuts are always sub par as well.
Ahsan was a sweetheart! Very nice guy who made the drinks very good as well!! 10/10 customer service wish you the best sir :)
