There was one car in front of me in the drive thru, and I waited 15 minutes in line for nothing. When I pulled up to the window I could see 5 team members standing around laughing and clearly not doing their job. They handed me the wrong order and my order wasn’t even started. I told her to refund me and I told her maybe instead of chatting in a circle you guys can actually do your job and this wouldn’t happen. Friendly staff and quick service. This location is probally the best location when it comes to consistency in ice cap making. Not too creamy or bitter, always mixed perfectly and consistently.
Pulled in and the drive through was jammed, no big deal, I’ll just go in and order. It was jammed up inside as well. No problem, I’ll just order my coffee through the app because the mobile pickup area appears empty. After 10 mins waiting, where the folks that were behind me in line got served their breakfast sandwiches, I finally had to ask for my drink. Unfortunately this service level is propagating to all the timmies in the area.
