Staff needs more training before taking orders. Poor communication and service skills. Bagel not properly toasted and buttered as requested. Received wrong dark roasted coffee as ordered. Sitting area was very filthy. Worn and torn seats. Poor hygiene overall.
I absolutely love this location! I work in the plaza and absolutely adore everyone here. They’re always so sweet and smiley and so welcoming. I will continue going here every morning as long as I work in this plaza
Such a lovely way to start the morning! I stopped by for breakfast and really appreciated the warm and friendly service. Thank you to the hardworking team.
Not sure what Tim's has done to their coffee but they better fix it!!
