I went to visit to grab my favourite drink on the drive thru. Paid my drinks and asked which one has the extra syrup and the guy said he can’t add since they don’t have the button to extra charged. For a pump of syrup manager came to the window and told me if i want the extra pump which i asked it will be extra $1!! Wth extra pump cost a dollar . Where is the manners and customer service this place sucks!! Unprofessional Manager on the site!
Always check your drive through order thoroughly even if there's a big line. It will always be wrong.
