Ordered from this location and had a poor experience. The drinks were not packed properly and ended up spilling, soaking the bag and ruining the order. It looked like multiple hot drinks were placed in a single tray without proper support. This kind of packaging makes delivery very risky and affects the customer experience. I hope they improve their packaging and attention to detail.
All the tables and the floor was dirty, this is a standard of this location. Staff are good most of the time and the food is good.
Terrible location, my order was prepared incorrectly, and the service was not friendly.
Im not sure why they can't put this donut in a box ... why are u putting Ryan's donut in a box but this one always in a bag ... this is ridiculous... also morning staff is always rushing and mixing up orders but today this happened
